This seminar explains some of the issues in Last Generation Theology and provides an evaluation and biblical response primarily through the lens of the multi-authored book entitled “God’s Character and the Last Generation.”

Last Generation Theology is a subset of Adventist theology that claims God needs a last generation of people on earth who reach sinless perfection in order to prove that his requirement to keep the moral law is just. Many Adventists subscribe, consciously or by default to some traditions within Adventism, to some of the tenets of this theology, even if they disagree with other aspects of it or with the overall claim. This series brings greater awareness of the intricate issues present in Last Generation Theology, particularly in regard to sin, salvation, and perfection, and enables you to have a better understanding of the process of salvation and a deeper appreciation for the sacrifice of Jesus. We will explore these issues in ten presentations, as listed below.
